I haven't been updating for the longest time. I guess mostly because I didn't feel like sharing my thoughts with anyone else but my closest friends. I do miss updating and so I decided to start again. It's finally the 3rd term. A month or so has passed by already so quickly. Ang dami nang nangyari. Haha. It would take too long to elaborate so wag nalang. Haha. Oh and I can't believe that we have to apply for majors na... Ang bilis pala! Hahaha. Grabe naman OrgCom. Natakot tuloy ako bigla. Hehe. Application for majors is due on Monday. Anyway, aside from that... I've been thinking a lot about political parties. You all know naman what I'm talking about right? Hahaha. Basta ayun... I was wondering what it would have been like if I joined the other party instead of my own? The thing is, when I was in 4th year, one of my upper batch friends was trying to persuade me to join the other party. I actually told her I would. However, before graduation, I was talking to my best friend's sister and I asked her if she knew about the two political parties. She said yes, so I told her that I think I might join the other party. Then she asked why...So I said that my friend was recruiting me. Buti nalang, she talked to me about it and then convinced me to join the party that I am in right now. I'm really glad that she did that. Imagine if I joined the dark side? Yikes. Haha. Basta I've been thinking about it talaga... Last night, a friend asked me how I am able to manage my friendship with a certain person from the other side. I thougt about it and told her, it's just politics. I wouldn't want to lose a friend just because we don't belong to the same party. I told her it's all about respect. See there are two definitions for respect. One is to tolerate someone but not necessarily have to believe what that person believes in. The other is to fully believe in what a person believes in. See, you can't force people to think the way you do kasi in a way that would be insulting their own beliefs. Di dapat mag-impose eh. Dapat sa kanila manggaling yun, para it won't seem so bastos. Anyway, ayun nga, we respect each other kaya we don't let these things get in the way of our friendship. Besides I believe that at heart, we belong to the same political party. Naligaw lang siya kasi nahatak siya dun without knowing why. I slept over in Jenn's condo last night nga pala. Hehe. Well actually, we slept in Arlene's place. Hahaha. Long story. It was really fun. We even watched Princess Diaries 2. Hahaha. Siyempre kinilig kami ni Jenn sa movie. Right Jenn? Hahaha. Pero it made us realize a lot of things rin. Ahehehehe. Basta I love movies like that. Anyway, we stayed up most of the night. Puro kwentuhan lang the whole night kaya ayun nagpuyat kami. Hahaha. We woke up at around 6am and I cooked breakfast for us. Hehe. Pancit canton, tuna w/ egg, and toasted bread. Yum. Took a bath. Tapos ayun, NSTP as usual. Then I went home na after that's why I'm typing this. Hahaha. I guess that's all for now. This is super long na. Currently Watching: Confessions of A Teenage Drama Queen |
